09/09 Week/Weekend

So this week/weekend was pretty chill. Started off slow at first but picked up after thurs. Fri had no work so had some time to myself to get anything done, that needs to be done. Got a few finished but also need to do some more. Added them to the ”to-do list” so I won't forget.

Got to visit granny at her grave.haven't seen her in a long while so it was great to talk to her, see her again. Its a nice relaxed feeling every visit. Just where she's at is so peaceful. Also had an opportunity to take a pic of my car there. That's my baby!! Naw mean? Lol







Saturday night had a great workout. Been starting to train with my weight vest. 75lbs. of extra weight I'm using to train, exhausting at first but afterwards is the greatest feeling. I'm pumped!!! Lol don't mind my dirty mirror in the picture below by the way, I usually keep it cleaned lol.



Ended the weekend by visiting my sister. That'd a pic of her guardian that's guarding her house, very intimidating don't you agree? Haha naw I'm kidding that'd just her little statue she has on her front door, its funny to me so I had to take a pic. Her bear is too but I'll take it some other time lol. Well here starts another week... Goodnight!

i do try now to give you more

Poem - Reminiscing

Reminiscing

" could something simple be so difficult?
think you have everything,
but the one thing you need the most,
is the furthest away
all you can do is dream of the day
but some of us get scared, back away
got use to us, our days
shine bright, special enough to wait
but you didnt, cant stay,
that's fine,
still respect your decisions anyways
remembered our talks, about us,
how we going be,
about one of us going to want more,
always thought you meant that at me
guess we knew it was coming, eventually

I never stopped believing in us, potentially
but what to do now when everything's done
you set your lifestyle around that one,

Jan. 19th 2012

Havn't been on here for the longest so thought I updated for once :) Soo where to start...

Thanksgiving day this year, my sis and her hubby started their move. I helped them with lifting their belongings into the truck they rented and move it into the new house. it was one of those sad/happy day for all of us. Sad that my sis is finally leaving but happy that she has started a new chapter of her life. All of us have similar goals in life and moving into your own house is of course one of those so I'm happy for my sis. At the time everything seemed cool, but after awhile, my feelings started to sink in. I felt as if I lost a best friend, my sis and I have a great relationship that many don't have with their brother or sis because she pretty much knows everything about me and we talk about everything and do everything together. So those past couple of weeks that past, i was kind of sad but i know that's life and it happens to us all so the feeling is neutral now.

Christmas was awesome, I didn't really anticipated on having that much fun. Spent time with family from the east and even family close to home that I didn't expect to see. All of us haven't seen each other for a long while so it was great to see them all. Loved my baby cousin! I could not put her down! haha but then again I could never put any baby down, they're all soo cute! haha My family has always lived on our own due to all the dramas in the past, so it's really great to see all my cousins again. We all went to the happiest place on earth, only it wasn't too happy christmas day. It was SSOOOOOO crawded!! each ride was about 3hrs long! we only go to ride 3 rides that day, so ridiculous! lol but over all it was spending it with family that made it good so it's ok in my opinion. We had dinner at a chinese restaurant afterward. That night my cousins have to pack for the airport they can't stay long because they have to re-open their business back home. I miss them

For New Year's 2012, I celebrated it for my friends in Lakewood. It was fun, not too many of us, just about the right amount and I knew them all so it's kool. I don't normally drink but I thought it's the new year so celebrate! We had our little count down and everyone was having fun, the fun only liquor can bring out, hahaha. Had 3 shots and 2 mixed drinks. That's actually a lot for me, considering I hardly ever drink! But it's the new years so it's all good.
